Managing Director, East Region

With nearly 20 years of experience, Dave is responsible for growing and managing TandemSeven’s Eastern Region. An experienced manager, team leader and technical strategist, he provides design and technology thought leadership to clients, employees and partners. Dave has extensive expertise in financial services, including consumer financial research and planning, corporate banking, global custody and investment banking. He also possesses industry expertise in energy, healthcare, media, pharmaceuticals, software and telecommunications.

Dave has helped numerous Fortune 1000 clients develop a technology vision that supports business goals, including pragmatic roadmaps that enable them to achieve incremental benefit while migrating from current state. Dave is a proven team leader and excels in program management, interviewing users and stakeholders, leading business requirements gathering, identifying technical issues and formulating recommendations. He has led numerous hybrid design and technology teams to deliver world-class next generation customer portals and business applications. His extensive hands-on experience includes:

• Designing mobile device architectures, server architectures and integration frameworks for cutting edge proximity-based services for mobile devices
• Redesigning foreign exchange trading applications
• Creating implementation strategies for custodial reporting applications.

Throughout his career, Dave has worked with many global organizations, including AT&T, Bank of New York, BMG (now Sony BMG Music Entertainment), Citigroup, Gartner, Morgan Stanley, PSEG, NEC, Standard & Poor’s, Sumitomo Bank and Wells Fargo.

Prior to joining TandemSeven, Dave was the CTO, COO and co-founder of Enpresence. In this role, he was responsible for the company’s operations and supporting services as well as client and partner relationships. He also developed the technical architecture and architecture strategy for all products and services. Before that, Dave served as chief technologist/enterprise solutions architect for Niteo Partners and ZEFER Corporation. Earlier in his career, he worked his way up to regional manager at Cambridge Technology Partners and co-founded the company’s internet practice.

Dave holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma (National Honorary Business Society). Dave earned a BA in Computer Science from Cornell University.
