As CEO, Frank drives the overall strategy and client service vision for TandemSeven. Frank recognized the power of combining the industry’s best software designers with leading UI technical experts. As a result, he has built a team and a company that produces award-winning, world-class portals and e-Business applications. TandemSeven’s experience-centered design process has guided and enabled many Fortune 1000 clients to leverage the Internet’s extraordinary potential to enhance relationships with customers, suppliers, partners and employees.

Having pioneered some of the industry's early relationship portals and eCommerce applications, Frank regularly consults to Fortune 1000 companies on the design and architecture of business portals and custom e-Business applications. His insatiable appetite for finding new software technologies that deliver business value coupled with a wealth of industry application experience has enabled him to provide practical guidance for many leading organizations.

Prior to TandemSeven, Frank was co-founder and CTO of ZEFER Corporation. He was instrumental in defining the company's strategy-led, multi-disciplinary approach to building Internet-based business applications. Frank was widely recognized as having built the highest quality delivery capability in the Internet services industry. In addition, he spearheaded the development of specialized practices in supply chain management, customer relationship management and security management.

Frank earned his MS in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from George Washington University. He graduated from Moravian College with a BA in Business Management.
